FAQ for Commish said...

1) my team sucked in 2010 - how can I get my head out of my ass?

2) my team was incredible in 2010 - what do I need to continue to stay ahead of the pack?

3) I just want to be better than The JuCo - are my goals too low?

4) Who should I pick?

5) When should I pick em?

6) Is it too early to start looking ahead to 2012?

7) I'm questioning the ethics of the NCAA, its leadership, coaches, bowl leadership, and boosters. What can I do to make a positive impact on the lives of my 2011 roster, and their colleagiate teammates and peers?

8) how the eff do I log into this freaking radio show thing??

All will be answered.

It is suppose to be skype friendly, but alternatively, you can register, and just use your computer mic to chat with us or listen.

Other than that, use a landline or mobile, dial the number on the key pad; then dial the provided code.

Yeah, um, I actually have a comment. I would like to propose that the Commish administer an eleventh team. Called "Team 11" its a dummy team made up of random free agents (RB Idaho, WR San Jose, that sort of thing. Basically the '99 JuCo). Any team that finishes behind team 11 in the brass spittoon standings at the end of the season will be posted in the HALL OF SHIT on the CFFL site and, concurrently, will feel enormous shame. Comments please.

I think the best part about the Radio Show was having Oman coin the phrase, "Explosion Factor". I am going to start working that beauty into casual conversation.

"You know, that guy has a serious explosion factor."
"What's his explosion factor? Do you know? Seems high."

Love it.

It's a tough metric. Basically, if your team is terrible and never on tee-vee because they play at third rate programs, but one guy is frequently on tee-vee and plays well, he has a high explosion factor.

(e.g. Cam Newton.)

Conversely, if you have a player consistently on television who continually loses games in the second half on really bonehead plays--that is a high implosion factor.

(e.g. Ryan Mallet.)

Or, Jordan Jefferson has a huge explosion factor after a few pops at the bar on a Friday night.

It should be noted that the new Arkansas State head football coach was the Coach at Briarcrest Christian in Memphis, TN - home to none other than Michael Oher, of "The BLind Side" fame.

The JuCo Express is opening a Jonesboro, AR training facility in September, complete with state of the art power clean stations and "Get Focused" creatine-enhanced smoothie outlet.
